Fee Structure
Harbor Road charges a management fee based on the value of your portfolio, ranging from 1.00% to 1.50% per year, billed monthly. In addition to the management fee, Harbor Road may receive an incentive fee equal to 20% of any gains in the client account during the month, subject to a “high water mark”. The management fee is negotiable.
