Troob Capital Management is an investment management firm that manages investment funds and a separate account. Troob does not tailor its advisory services to individual investors in the funds, nor does it provide investors with the right to limit or restrict the funds' objectives or trading decisions. Troob may enter into side letter agreements with certain investors, giving them access to more frequent and/or more detailed information regarding the fund's portfolio positions, performance and finances or other preferential terms with respect to their investment in the fund.
Fee Structure
Troob Capital Management manages investment funds, and the fees vary depending on the fund:
- Fund I and Fund II: Prior to the end of the commitment period, the annual management fee is 2% of the total commitment. After the commitment period, the annual management fee is 2% of the cost basis of unliquidated positions.
- Fund III: Prior to the end of the commitment period, the annual management fee is 0.75% of the total unfunded commitment and 1.75% of the total capital contributions. After the commitment period, the annual management fee is 1.75% of the cost basis of unliquidated positions.
- TCM Stone: The annual management fee is 1.0% of the cost basis of unliquidated positions.
These fees are paid quarterly in advance. Troob can reduce, waive, or calculate the management fee differently for any investor. Investors in RB Holdings Funding LLC are not charged a management fee. The Separate Account does not pay a management fee to Troob.
