After investment, Eastward collects payments, monitors investments, manages the sale of warrants and equities, maintains books and records, supervises audits, and manages tax filings.
Fee Structure
Eastward Capital Partners' fees are based on the actual cash flows received from the portfolio company. These fees typically range from 1.25% to 5.0% of the total cash flow, paid monthly on all cash receipts for the entire life of the fund. These fees are subject to negotiation. Investors in equity co-investment pools do not pay fees to Eastward for equity investments.
