Fee Structure
Cheetah Investment Management manages pooled investment vehicles (Funds) and separately managed accounts. Management fees for the Funds are generally up to 1.5% per year of the fund's net asset value. Some Funds also have performance fees of up to 20% of the increase in net asset value above a certain level. For managed accounts, management fees are agreed upon with the client based on the account size, complexity, reporting requirements, and other factors. Performance fees may be charged to managed accounts owned by U.S. clients who meet certain qualifications.
