Tiger Infrastructure Partners manages private funds and charges management fees and performance-based fees (carried interest) to investors in those funds. The management fee is up to 2.00% per year, paid quarterly in advance, based on committed capital or capital contributions. A servicing fee of 0.10% per year may apply to investors with commitments less than $15,000,000. The funds generally pay up to a 20% performance-based fee to Tiger. Tiger also receives fees directly from portfolio companies.
