Corporate Partners II Management LLC (CP) manages investments for private investment partnerships. CP seeks to make direct private equity investments in mid-sized companies. CP formulates investment objectives, manages the investment of assets, and provides reports to its clients’ investors. CP may also provide Director and/or Monitoring Services to Portfolio Companies upon request.
Fee Structure
CP manages investments for private funds and receives management fees. Effective February 25, 2017, CP was paid a flat management fee of $3,500,000 for the period ending February 24, 2018, and will be paid a flat management fee of $2,500,000 for the period beginning February 25, 2018 and ending February 24, 2019. Thereafter, the shareholders of CP II will no longer be charged a management fee.
