Silverhawk representatives often serve on the portfolio company's board of directors to support management.
Silverhawk provides investment management services exclusively to pooled investment vehicles. Silverhawk's clients generally pay management fees in advance in an amount that generally ranges from 0.0%-2.0% of the capital commitment of each investor until the end of such investor's investment period (if the client is a committed capital vehicle) and, thereafter, 0.0%- 2.0% per year on such investor's share of the cost basis of portfolio investments then held by the client. Silverhawk also may be entitled to receive a performance-based fee from its clients in the form of a carried interest up to 20% of profit distributions.
