Fee Structure
HG Vora manages investments for pooled investment vehicles. The management fee for the Special Opportunities Onshore Feeder and Offshore Feeder is 1.5% annually, calculated and paid quarterly in advance. The Opportunistic Capital Fund, Opportunistic Capital II Fund, and Opportunistic Capital III Fund also have a 1.5% annual management fee, paid quarterly in advance. These fees may be waived or modified for certain investors. HG Vora also receives incentive allocations or carried interest from its private fund clients.
