Goode Partners manages investments for Goode Fund II, Goode Fund III, Goode Investment Vehicle I, and related co-investment vehicles. Goode focuses on high-growth potential, consumer-oriented companies. Investment decisions are made collectively by the Principals, subject to guidelines in the fund documents. Goode may enter into side agreements with certain investors that provide for more favorable terms.
Fee Structure
Goode Partners manages investments for pooled investment vehicles. Goode Fund II and Goode Fund III pay a management fee of 0.50% per quarter (2.0% per year) of aggregate capital commitments. After a certain period, the fee is 2.0% per year of aggregate capital commitments, less any capital returned to investors. Goode Investment Vehicle I and the Co-Investment Vehicles do not pay asset- or performance-based compensation.
