American Money Management Corporation (AMMC) offers investment management services to American Financial Group (AFG), its subsidiaries, and certain third-party pooled investment vehicles organized as private funds. AMMC tailors investment solutions to client needs, participating in public and private debt and equity markets. AMMC manages investments of AFG subsidiaries as a consolidated portfolio. AMMC primarily manages client accounts on a discretionary basis.
Fee Structure
American Money Management Corporation (AMMC) manages investments for affiliated companies and non-affiliated private funds. AMMC is paid by AFG's subsidiaries based on a percentage of assets under management, equal to AMMC's net expenses. AMMC also receives a negotiated fee from non-affiliated private funds based on a percentage of the private fund's assets under management and may also be compensated based on a negotiated performance-based fee arrangement.
