The Milestone Real Estate Group (TMREG) is a real estate investment management firm that provides investment management services to its Funds, which are pooled investment vehicles investing in multifamily real estate assets. TMREG has broad discretion in making investments for the Funds. TMREG does not tailor its advisory services to the individual needs of Fund investors, and such investors cannot impose restrictions on TMREG’s ability to invest in certain types of investments, except as may be set forth in the Governing Documents of the Funds. The Funds offer interests only to certain qualified investors.
Fee Structure
TMREG manages investments for pooled investment funds, not individual investors. The Funds pay TMREG an annual management fee, paid quarterly in advance. The fee is based on a percentage of aggregate commitments until the end of the Fund's investment period, then a percentage of net equity invested. The specific fee calculation varies by Fund and is detailed in the Fund's governing documents.
