Simcoe Capital Management manages private funds, including Simcoe Partners, Simcoe Select, and SDR Partners. Simcoe invests in equity and equity-related securities of small and mid-cap companies, often those with 'special situation' characteristics. Simcoe aims to generate long-term returns by investing in companies undervalued relative to their intrinsic value. Simcoe has full authority to make investment decisions for the Simcoe Funds and Select Fund, but the SDR Fund is managed on a non-discretionary basis.

Simcoe receives a management fee at the annual rate of up to 1.0% from the Simcoe Funds. There is currently no management fee for the Select Fund and SDR Fund. Simcoe has discretion to waive or reduce the management fee with respect to the accounts of one or more investors/shareholders, including principals, employees or affiliates of Simcoe.
