URI creates an Investment Policy Statement to outline the current situation and risk tolerance levels, and then constructs a plan to aid in the selection of a portfolio that matches the specific situation.

This fee schedule is for separately managed accounts. For hedge funds, the annual fee is 1.50% of the first $5,000,000 and 0.75% above $5,000,000. URI Capital Partners, LLC reduces annual management fees from 1.50% to 1.0% for all dollars in the fund above $8.5 million with the fee reduction impact applied pro rata across all partners, and a reduction to 0.75% for all dollars in the fund above $20 million with the fee reduction applied pro rata across all partners. There is also a 15% performance-based fee of earnings above a 5% hurdle rate for the hedge funds.
