Fee Structure
Carlyle Global Credit Investment Management (CGCIM) primarily advises pooled investment vehicles and managed accounts. CGCIM and its affiliates generally receive management fees, incentive fees, or carried interest from these advisory clients. Management fees for pooled investment funds typically range from 1.0% to 2.0% of invested capital. For separately managed accounts and perpetual capital vehicles, management fees generally range from 0.1% to 1.0% of contributions for unrealized investments or the current value of the investment. CLO management fees generally range from 0.4% to 0.5%. Performance fees generally do not exceed 20% of profits.
