Fee Structure
Siena Capital Partners GP manages investments for a pooled investment fund. The firm receives an asset-based management fee of up to 1.0% annually, paid quarterly in advance. SGP also receives incentive allocations, generally 20% annually, based on the net capital appreciation in an investor’s capital account, subject to a “high water mark.” Fees may be waived or reduced for affiliates, owners, principals, employees, their family members, and certain other investors. Some investors may receive additional fees or allocations through side agreements.
