Wildcat Capital Management provides investment advice and makes investments for clients, including developing strategies, identifying opportunities, analyzing investments, executing trades, monitoring investments, and disposing of investments. Wildcat allocates client assets to third-party private investment funds and may invest in businesses where Wildcat or its personnel have an interest. Wildcat tailors its services to each client's needs and goals.
Fee Structure
Wildcat Capital Management charges clients an asset-based management fee, a performance-based fee, and/or carried interest, as detailed in their organizational documents. These fees may be modified or waived at Wildcat's discretion. In addition to these fees, Wildcat and its affiliates may receive other cash, equity, and non-cash fees related to client investments and portfolio companies, such as transaction fees, monitoring fees, and director's fees. These other fees may offset the base fee in some circumstances.
