Fee Structure
Vinci USA charges a management fee to most clients. They may also earn performance-based fees for macro funds and some fund-of-fund clients, calculated as a percentage of annual profits. Fees are based on various factors and are generally negotiable for separately managed accounts, but not for pooled investment vehicles. Management fees for fund-of-funds generally do not exceed 1% per year, plus a 10% performance fee. Thematic funds generally incur management fees up to 2% annually. Some clients may pay a one-time fee instead of ongoing management fees.
