Greycroft is a venture capital firm that invests in companies from pre-seed to growth equity rounds. Greycroft operates strategy-specific and stage-specific funds. Greycroft's advisory services consist of investigating, identifying, and evaluating investment opportunities, structuring, negotiating, and making investments on behalf of the Funds, managing and monitoring the performance of such investments, and disposing of such investments. Greycroft also manages one or more other Funds that have a concentrated, long-only strategy investing in public securities.
