Fee Structure
Thrive Capital Management advises investment funds, not individual investors. The funds pay Thrive a management fee, typically between 2.0% and 2.5% annually, based on investor capital commitments or invested capital. Some funds may not pay a management fee. Thrive may also receive carried interest, a performance-based fee, from the funds' investors. Thrive personnel may receive compensation from portfolio companies, which may offset the management fee.
