Core Capital manages investments through pooled investment vehicles (funds). The fees vary depending on the share class and portfolio option chosen:
- Q25 and Q25-E:
- Option 1: 0.75% annual management fee plus 10% of profits
- Option 2: 1.2% annual management fee
- Institutional Q25 (IQ25) and Institutional Q25-E (IQ25-E):
- Option 1: The greater of (i) 0.7% annual management fee OR (ii) 10% of profits
- Option 2: 0.9% annual management fee
- O: 1% annual management fee and 10% of profits above an annualized 5% return
- Institutional O (IO): 0.75% annual management fee and 10% of profits above an annualized 5% return
