Fee Structure
Winona Capital Management provides investment advisory services to private funds. Investors in these funds pay an annual management fee of up to 2% of capital. The management fee is assessed quarterly in advance. Winona may reduce or waive the management fee for some investors. Investors also pay a carried interest allocation, which is generally 20% of the realized profits of the fund above a certain threshold.
