Stelac Capital Partners (SCP) is an investment management firm that provides advisory services to privately-offered pooled investment vehicles, also known as Funds. SCP serves as the Manager of the Funds. Investors in the Funds cannot obtain services tailored to their individual specific needs. SCP invests globally in fast-growing enterprises primarily in the consumer, retail, business services, healthcare, and technology sectors. All investments are meant to be held long-term.
Fee Structure
SCP is compensated for its advisory services to each Fund by a management fee, in an amount up to 2% of the Fund’s aggregate capital commitments or invested capital. After an initial period, certain Funds are no longer subject to a management fee and certain other Funds’ management fees are reduced. The General Partner is entitled to receive carried interest distributions of up to 25% of net profits.
