Fee Structure
Formula Growth Limited manages investments for pooled investment funds. The firm is paid a management fee ranging from 1/12th of 1% to 1/12th of 2.5% of the net assets of the funds, calculated and payable monthly. The firm may also be paid a performance fee equal to 20% of any amount that the Series NAV per Unit exceeds the Series NAV Per Unit as at the first business day of the relevant financial year.
