They create an Investment Policy Statement to guide investment decisions. MLN generally invests in mutual funds, equities, bonds, ETFs, and REITs. They may also use options and futures strategies upon client request. MLN requires clients to deposit at least $100,000 to achieve a greater level of diversification; however, MLN will accommodate clients who wish to deposit less.
