Fee Structure
Rivulet Capital manages investments for private funds and charges a management fee based on a percentage of the fund's assets. The management fee ranges from 0.85% to 1.6% per year for the RCMF Funds and 0% to 1.0% per year for the RCLO Funds, depending on the specific fund series. Rivulet also charges an incentive allocation based on the fund's performance, ranging from 10% to 20% for the RCMF Funds and 17.5% to 20% for the RCLO Funds. These fees may be negotiable for certain investors.
