Cephei Capital primarily serves pooled investment vehicles and single investor managed accounts, not individual investors. Investment strategies are tailored to client objectives, and may include restrictions imposed by clients. Cephei Capital does not participate in wrap fee programs.
Fee Structure
Cephei Capital provides investment management services to pooled investment vehicles and managed accounts. The fees are calculated as a percentage of the value of your portfolio.
For the China long only Total Return Strategy, the fee is up to 1.5% per year. For the China long only Index Enhanced Strategy, the fee is up to 0.8% per year.
Performance fees are also charged, up to 20% of the net capital appreciation above a certain hurdle rate or benchmark.
