BroadArch Capital provides investment advice to a private investment fund (BroadArch Long/Short Fund) and separately managed accounts. The firm uses a long/short equity strategy focused on health care, technology, basic materials, and consumer sectors for the fund. For separately managed accounts, a similar strategy is employed in a long-only format. BroadArch's investment strategy involves macroeconomic analysis, qualitative and financial analysis to identify attractive equity opportunities.
BroadArch Capital charges a management fee for investment supervisory services. For the BroadArch Long/Short Fund, the management fee is 1.5% of the fund's gross assets, paid monthly. Fees for separately managed accounts are negotiated individually with each investor. The General Partner also receives an annual incentive allocation equal to 20% of the Fund's net profits.
