Rockwood Equity Partners is a private equity investment advisory firm managing private equity funds. Rockwood's advisory services include the general and day-to-day operations of the Funds and the acquisition and disposal of investments. The Funds invest in private equity and equity-related investments in lower-middle market companies within North America.
Fee Structure
Rockwood Equity Partners manages private equity funds and receives a management fee ranging from 1.75% to 2.50% per year of each investor’s aggregate commitment, paid either semi-annually or quarterly in advance. The management fee payable may be reduced determined by an investor’s pro rata share (based on the capital commitments). Rockwood’s affiliated General Partners are eligible to receive a performance-based fee.
