Fee Structure
Gratia Capital manages investments for a private fund and sub-advisory clients.
For the private fund, the management fee is a maximum of 1.50% per year of the value of each investor's capital account, paid quarterly in advance. This fee may be waived or reduced for certain investors.
For sub-advisory clients, the annual management fee is up to 1.00% (0.25% per quarter), subject to negotiation. Clients may also be responsible for operating expenses, brokerage commissions, and custodial fees.
