AMS Opportunities manages investments for pooled investment funds and receives a management fee of 1.50% of the fund's net asset value annually. This fee is paid monthly in advance and is not negotiable. An affiliate of AMS also receives an annual incentive allocation of 18% of new realized and unrealized income and gains, subject to a high watermark.
