Ategra does not tailor its advisory services to the needs of individual investors in the Funds, and no investor may impose restrictions on the Fund investing in certain securities. The firm invests primarily in publicly traded securities.
Fee Structure
Ategra Capital Management manages investments for its Funds and charges an asset-based investment management fee ranging from 0% to 1.00% per year. The fee is calculated in advance based on the net asset value of the Fund. The firm also receives performance-based compensation ranging from 0% to 20% of net capital appreciation, subject to a loss carryforward and a hurdle rate.
