Fee Structure

For the BCM Partners Fund, BCM receives a monthly management fee of 0.125% (1.5% annually) of the net asset value. The Investment Company pays BCM an annual management fee of 0.90% on the first $66 million of assets and 1.00% on assets over $66 million. The current separately managed account does not pay an annual management fee.
