Fee Structure
Star Mountain Fund Management provides investment advice to pooled investment vehicles and separately managed accounts. Management fees are generally based on capital commitments or invested capital. The Offering Documents generally provide for a management fee of up to 2.00% per year, paid quarterly in advance. Certain Clients are subject to a performance fee in the form of carried interest of up to 20.0% of all income, gains and losses derived from portfolio investments.
