Janian may refer clients to other professionals for legal, insurance, tax, or accounting advice.

These fees apply to Security Selection accounts for Qualified Clients. Non-Qualified Clients pay 1.00% for Hedged Securities and 0.50% for Bond Benchmarked strategies for the first three years. Fees are subject to discounts based on total qualified client assets managed by Janian. Performance fees are also charged to Qualified Clients.
