Bozeman, L.L.C. provides investment management services on a discretionary basis to a pooled investment fund, Knapton, Limited Partnership. Bozeman makes investment decisions for the fund and owes a duty to each investor in the fund. Bozeman determines if an investment in the fund is suitable for each investor and provides account statements. Bozeman may organize additional investment vehicles in the future.
Fee Structure
Bozeman receives a management fee for advisory services to the fund, calculated quarterly at 2.0% annually (0.50% quarterly) of the net asset value of the limited partnership interest. The fees are deducted directly from your capital account. Bozeman may waive or reduce the management fee for certain investors. The fund is also subject to an incentive allocation or performance fee, which is allocated to Bozeman's capital account and deducted directly from your fund capital account.
