Fees are negotiable and the use of the Discipline Fund ETF in any portfolio gives Orcam the flexibility to customize a fee structure using the Discipline Fund ETF in combination with a more suitable fee structure (whether it be flat fee, no management fee or some combination of flat fee and AUM fee). Certain Clients may pay different fees depending on the inception of their relationship with Orcam, and other factors.
