Booth-Laird Capital Management manages all aspects of Booth-Laird Investment Partnership, a private investment fund. They focus on long-term capital growth through investments in undervalued stocks. The firm does not currently act as an investment advisor outside of its duties as General Partner of the Partnership.
Booth-Laird Capital Management manages investments for the Booth-Laird Investment Partnership. Fees are deducted directly from investor capital accounts and are not negotiable.
For qualified investors, the management fee is 0.375% of the average capital balance each quarter. There is also an annual performance fee of 20% of net profits exceeding the greater of the Standard & Poor 500 Index return (excluding dividends) or 4%.
For non-qualified investors, the management fee is 0.5% of the average capital balance for the first three quarters and 2.0% for the fourth quarter. Non-qualified investors will not pay more in fees as a percentage of average assets during the year than qualified investors.
