PPC Enterprises provides investment management services exclusively to entities that qualify as “accredited investors” through private investment funds. PPC identifies investments and exit strategies and provides management, advisory, and strategic assistance. Investment strategies and guidelines are not tailored to the individualized needs of any particular investor in the Fund.
Fee Structure
PPC Enterprises manages investments for a fund, charging an annual management fee. For the budget year that begins on April 1, 2025, the annual management fee is expected to be approximately 1.301% of the aggregate undrawn capital commitments of the Special Members of Series A of the Company and Series A of PPC AV 1, LLC (other than affiliates of the Fund) plus all capital contributions made by such persons in respect of investments in current portfolio companies owned by Series A of the Company and Series A of PPC AV 1 for not more than eight years as of that date, which totals ~$1.496 billion in aggregate.
