ANDA Asset Management provides investment advisory services on Korean equities on a discretionary basis. ANDA manages or advises various onshore or offshore privately placed pooled investment vehicles and separately managed accounts. ANDA tailors its investment advisory services to the individual needs of managed account clients through customizing the investment objective, strategy and guidelines of each client mandate.
Fee Structure
ANDA Asset Management manages private funds and separately managed accounts. Management fees for private funds are generally up to 1.5% per year of the fund's net asset value. Some private funds also have performance fees of up to 20% of the appreciation in the net asset value per unit above a certain level. For managed accounts, management fees are agreed upon with the client based on the size of the account, the complexity of the mandate, and other factors.
