These projects aim to offset environmental impacts from development by restoring wetlands, streams, and endangered species habitats. EIP acquires, restores, and manages properties, generating revenue through the sale of environmental credits. EIP's services are tailored to the investment objectives of each fund, not the individual needs of investors.
Fee Structure
Ecosystem Investment Partners (EIP) does not directly manage investments for individual investors. EIP manages private funds, and investors in those funds pay management fees and carried interest. The management fee is generally 2% per year, assessed quarterly in advance, although certain investors may be charged lower fees. Co-Investment Funds do not pay management fees. The General Partners are also allocated a performance-based interest allocation.
