Fee Structure
PSC Capital Partners provides investment advice to pooled investment vehicles, not directly to individual investors. The firm or an affiliate receives an annual management fee, generally 2% per year of each investor's capital commitment during the investment period, and 2% of the actively invested capital following the end of the investment period. After investors receive their capital contributions plus an 8% preferred return, they receive 80% of net realized profits, while an affiliate of PSCCP receives 20%. Some investors may pay higher or lower management fees depending on the size of their capital commitment, time invested, and total assets under management with PSCCP.
