March Altus Capital Management manages investments for privately offered pooled investment vehicles, commonly known as hedge funds. March Altus focuses on achieving superior risk-adjusted returns by investing in long and short equity positions within the healthcare and healthcare-related industries. March Altus does not tailor its investment management services to the individual needs of the investors in the Funds.
Fee Structure
March Altus manages investments for hedge funds and charges a management fee ranging from 1.50% to 1.75% per year, paid quarterly in advance. The firm also receives an incentive allocation, generally at the end of each fiscal year, ranging from 15% to 20% of the net realized and unrealized appreciation in the net asset value of each investor, subject to a high water mark.
