Fee Structure
Harvest Funds Management charges a percentage of the assets they manage and a percentage of the investment's performance. Most clients pay quarterly fees up to 1.5% per year of the investment's value. Clients also pay a performance allocation up to 15% of the increase in the investment's value each year, subject to certain conditions. These fees are negotiable. Harvest also receives a share of management and performance fees from the hedge fund managers they invest in; investors in those funds do not pay an additional fee to Harvest.
