Anthos Management is an investment management firm that provides advisory services on a discretionary basis to privately offered pooled investment vehicles and special purpose vehicles. Anthos typically invests in privately held growth companies, focusing on inefficient private market opportunities and using a proactive direct sourcing model to develop proprietary investment opportunities.
Anthos Management is generally compensated for its advisory services through asset-based management fees. The Funds generally pay an annual Management Fee for management and administrative services, payable quarterly in advance, commencing on the initial closing of the applicable Fund or the initial due date of capital contributions in respect to the first investment by the Fund. The Management Fee of a Fund is equal to a percent (between 0 and 2.5%) per annum of the aggregate commitments of the Investors. Generally, the Management Fee for each Fund is reduced after the certain reduction date, as described in the applicable Fund’s Governing Documents. The Firm charges a reduced Management Fee (including a reduction to zero) with respect to commitments by certain Investors, and in particular certain strategic Investors. Anthos generally is not entitled to receive any Management Fees with respect to the SPVs.
