Fee Structure
Naya Capital Management UK Ltd. manages investments for private investment funds and separate accounts. Investors in the Funds will pay a management fee ranging from 0.5% to 2% depending on the share class selected. Naya also receives an incentive fee ranging from 15% to 20% of the net realized and unrealized appreciation in the net asset value of the Fund at the end of each year, subject to a hurdle. Investors in the Private Equity Vehicles and Separate Accounts pay negotiated management and incentive fees as outlined in their agreements with Naya.
