Apperax Capital Management (ACM) offers investment management services to managed account clients. ACM focuses on long-term investments in undervalued securities, using proprietary research methodologies. ACM manages concentrated portfolios and investment decisions are subject to each client’s investment guidelines and objectives. ACM may offer any advisory services, engage in any investment strategy and make any investment that ACM considers appropriate, subject to each client’s investment objectives and guidelines.
Fee Structure
Apperax Capital Management charges either 2% of your portfolio per year, or 1% of your portfolio plus 20% of the gains. Fees are negotiable. The management fee is charged at the end of each calendar quarter. The performance-based fee is assessed annually.
