Eagle Point Credit Management provides investment advice to privately offered investment funds, separately managed accounts, and closed-end registered investment companies. Eagle Point primarily invests in equity and debt of CLOs, debt and preferred equity securities, corporate debt, regulatory capital relief investments, and related investments. Eagle Point is majority-owned by the Trident Funds, a series of private equity funds managed by Stone Point Capital.
Fee Structure
Eagle Point does not have a fixed fee schedule. The firm generally charges a management fee of up to 2.25% annually. This fee is based on a percentage of the net asset value, gross asset value, capital committed, or capital invested, as negotiated with the client. The management fee is generally payable quarterly. Certain accounts may also be assessed an incentive allocation of up to 20% of net profits.
