Sessa Capital manages investments for private investment funds and charges a management fee of up to 1.5% per year of the value of each investor's interest in the funds, payable quarterly in advance. The Funds' general partner is also entitled to receive an annual performance-based allocation equal to no more than 20% of the net capital appreciation credited to each investor in the Funds, subject to a high-water mark.
