VN Capital Management manages investments for two pooled investment vehicles (funds) that invest in small- and micro-cap stocks. VN Capital seeks undervalued companies in overlooked industries. VN Capital does not tailor its advisory services for individual investors in the funds but manages the assets of the funds in accordance with their investment policies and guidelines.
Fee Structure
VN Capital manages investments for pooled investment funds. Fund I pays VN Capital a 1% annual management fee and a 20% performance allocation on any gain created during the year, subject to a high watermark. Some initial investors in Fund I pay a 0.25% annual management fee and a 25% performance allocation on any gain above that achieved by the S&P 500 Index during the year, subject to a high watermark. Fund C pays VN Capital a 1% annual management fee and a 20% carried interest on any gain. Management fees and performance-based compensation may be reduced or waived at VN Capital's discretion.
