Fee Structure
CWS Capital Partners does not charge individual investors any direct investment fees. They earn indirect fees through affiliated companies that manage the real estate funds. These affiliates may receive reimbursement for expenses, asset management fees, accounting fees, disposition fees, mortgage brokerage fees, and development, construction, and administration fees.
